Just found out about this program. I’m all in. Glad to see it! Hopefully the decal on my stripping basket will encourage others to do likewise. The picture on the ruler didn’t come out perfect, but with the pinched tail this fish was over 20″. I was in a hurry to get her back in the water and didn’t verify the picture before release. She swam off strong.
